Designed by Jack Nicklaus the layout includes all a number of inventive features which make the course an up and coming star in South African golf. Stretching to a total of 6280 yards and winding between waterways, this atmospheric round is an experience to remember. Most of the fairways are wide but are also peppered with bunkers which challenge the integrity and accuracy of a golfers skill. Water hazards are prolific and come into play on nine of the eighteen holes, made even more demanding by the dense vegetation which borders the course. One of the best holes is the signature thirteenth which wraps around a lake and is enhanced by shrubbery and bunkers on and around the fairway.
