Designed by Jack Nicklaus the design offers risks and hazards from the first tee to the last, each one providing a new and original challenge for the player. Arguably the most interesting hole comes in the form of the par 4 fifth hole which involves an island green with a large amount of sandy waste areas along the way to it. Furthermore the fifth hole features a large change in elevation right through the middle of the fairway, which demonstrates just how inventive the course design really is.
