Considered by many to be the best location for Asia’s premier tournament venue; the layout not only offers spectacular sights but also superb golf. As golfers progress their way around the course they usually realize that no two holes are the same. Since Faldo has designed the course to play in the style which he enjoys, golfers find themselves forced to rely upon accuracy and distance which makes the layout a challenge for those of lower abilities. However with a number of tees, the course caters for all golfers whatever their ability. The layout is also famous for its sixteenth signature hole which starts at raised tees with a view of the areas only island green.
