Having incorporated a number of trees into the design, the course serves as a stark contrast between the expanses of desert and mountain ranges which act as a backdrop. Undoubtedly demanding for all golfers, the course considerately provides a selection of tees to ease the any frustration. Located in the Mojave Desert it is surprising to find so much water at such a course, which adds to the theory that this course is “Classic” by name and classic by nature.
